So basically my motionblur does Not work Ive tried other clients it doesnt work either for some reason only my 1.8.9 on clients is not allowing my motionblur to work And i know for a fact that it isnt the Pack because I have tried Multiple packs And packs that i know that work So i am very confused if anybody has an idea of the problem Please respond to this

Hello,

Do you have fast-render enabled? If you do motion blur will not work.
