Is there a way to reset all settings including optifine without entering the game if so please tell me.

Hello,
The only way to completely reset your mods and their settings is to delete the mod profile you are currently using. To do so, follow this quick tutorial :
-Open the run command and type "%appdata%"

-Head on over to ".minecraft"

-And delete your profile in "BLClient-Mod-Profiles"

Please note that this action cannot be undone if you haven't saved your deleted profile !
