Payment Not Working

Hi, I'm trying to get the Ocean Cloak on the Store, but it keeps giving me this error message:"3032: Sorry, the payment cannot be completed now. Please try again later or contact Xsolla customer support"
Can someone help me fix this?

Hello,You're going to have to contact XSolla support ->https://help.xsolla.com/ as they run our store and the bug is most-likely coming from them.
