My game crashes every 5 seconds and there's an error message saying mine is outdated. Help?

Press win+r (the “win” button is the one between left ctrl and alt).
Enter “devmgmt.msc” (without quotations) and press enter.
Under “Display adapters” you can see which graphics card you have.
Google your graphics card vendor (most likely intel, amd or nvidia) combined with "graphics driver update"
Find a good-looking tutorial in the search results and follow it.
