Burh just use Minecraft launcher to change your skin or go on https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/profile/skin and if you want to change your username warning you can only change it once a month go on https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/profile/ and then go to profile information and then change your username there I hoped this helped you and also don't think because this is the badlion client that means I can change my skin and username or even password and again want to change your password go to https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/profile/ and then scroll down to security information and that's that.
