I just want to request 2 mods. both are client sided mods and work on servers but i would like it across versions(1.15.2 - 1.16.2 and above). Also if you can I know these mods get updates to new versions of Minecraft so it would be great if you could update the mods to those versions when the new versions of the mods come out.

Quark - Quark is a mod that adds small quality of life improvements to the game. There are a few features that add new mobs, but the mod disables it when you join a server.

Minecraft Capes Mod - This mod allows you to have custom capes that are client sided that only show up for other people with the mod. It also adds custom elytra. I know that this may interrupt your cosmetics system, but I personally do not want to pay 10 to 15 dollars for a cape that other people create that cannot be changed.

I know that you might not accept these mods, but I would appreciate if you considered just allowing use to add mods on our own if you do not accept these.
