Regular chat is broken and I don’t know how to fix it.

When I got on today for some reason my regular chat doesn’t work. I play using 1.8.9 and when I open the chat it’s just a blank box with some separated lines at the bottom. I can’t even see anybody’s name or anyone’s words in the chat. Nothing shows up. Also, the chat only works whenever I turn on the New Chat, I don't like it that much and want to get back to regular chat.Posted on 12 August 2020 - 10:39 PM
Hello, this is a known issue and the only temporary fix is enabling New Chat. I'm sure that it will be fixed soon.Posted on 12 August 2020 - 10:42 PM
