I don't know what cause it but I set up a mod profile for my singleplayer world and when I went into 3rd person I could see entities through walls. I tried this out in Hypixel and could see people through walls as well. I don't know if this is an intentional feature but should be disabled on Hypixel like minimap and schemtica aswell.

What version are you on exactly? We heard a lot about 1.16+ having these problems, but I'm sure we are looking forward to fixing this asap.
However, if you are on another version please let us know !
