3D texture packs and alternative blocks problem

I dont know if im stupid but i have this problem in my 1.8.9 texture pack when using badlion
When im not using badlion my texture pack works fine without problems but when i open badlion some alternative blocks in 3d or not dont show up.

Have screenshot prove but dont know how to share it here.
