Is this when you launch Minecraft and there are no in-game sounds?

If so, I recommend going to settings -> Video Settings -> Quality -> Mipmap Levels.

All you have to do is adjust the slider to any position, wait for it to load, and then put it back to where it was. For some reason this fixes the in-game sound issue.

In the future please put more detail into your problem so it is easier for real moderators to know what the problem it.
