Optifine cape color bug

Optifine capes are for some reason ligther when you use BLC. This only seems to happen in 1.8.9 and not at all when you use normal Optifine. If this is a setting please let me know. I'm getting really annoyed that my cape doesn't match my skin.This is on BLC 1.8.9
