so I have purchased my Insider rank on this account Kutall and my new account in 2k31 and I dont have access to Kutall (minecraft) I have made a rank switch request but it's been 1 hour and no response I am curious how much does it take for them to respond?Posted on 29 August 2020 - 02:06 PM
Hello,Our response time varies as only a handful of admins are allowed check the payment support section (it's private).
P.S. do know that if you bought the rank 48 hours before making the request, it will be denied.
