Hello,No such thing, Mouse acceleration is handled by Windows, and mouse software if you have it. To disable Window's built in mouse acceleration follow these steps. Star/search>Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Mouse>Pointer Options tab>Untick the box "Enhance pointer precision".
