On the keystrokes mod, every time I press W, A, S, or the spacebar, it does not show up as it being pressed down. Also, every time I press D, it instead shows up as the space bar is being pressed down, instead of the D key being pressed down. This bug happens every time on a server, and every time on private worlds.
