If a player who has been banned for hacks and they have been banned for longer than a week you can do /refund hacker and you get your elo back, I know you do not do elo refunds but the players with high elo and get killed by players with low elo and are hacking, the player with higher elo wants to tear that hacker a new asshole because they cannot get their
If you ask what do you do if that player gets unbanned I think they should get their elo wiped if they get unbanned because it is inaccurate and they hacked to get there or if they proved they were not hacking and a week has past and that player has refunded that elo well I think there should be a place on your profile to show who has refunded elo from you and you can refund it back.

No because people would just queue up after hackers and save refunds then get their elo back then make it even higher by boosting their elo with the refunds they stocked themselves up with
