Allow Full Transparency

I've loved being able to change this in Forge - but in Badlion, you can only change colours/effects (like hit colour) to a minimum of an 11% Alpha. This is very close to being transparent, but not enough (as you still have a colour over the top of the mob). Why can't I disable/change options like these to fully customise the alpha - and can this be changed and implemented as a feature into BLC? I don't know if BLC 3 is already planning this, just want to put it out there.
