Heyy Everyone,

I would like to be able to change the weather in Replay Mod so you can make a recording with like rain/snow.
Currently this is not possible but it would be cool if it would be added.
Also make a timechanger inside replay when you are editing it, This makes it easy to switch between times and you dont have too make 2 replays
