Public Judgement of U_Fall
I will not post the videos - but here are my observations from said videos -

Video 1 -
0:35 he does a complete 270 (not a 360, and doesn't actually land a hit until he's actually looking at you)
1:58 he goes right through U_Fall which means U_Fall could look at his own feet and still hit him.

Video 2 -
A few headtwitching does not constitute guilty, it means suspicious.

Video 3 -
First sketchy thing - He hits you, then looks away. Minecraft latency shows you hitting when not looking, but if you look a split second beforehand he's actually looking at you. Then when he stares at the wall in your direction he's not actually hitting you, even though he's swinging. He's close enough for BOTH clickaimbot and FF to be hitting you, yet you are taking no damage. Just because his head is looking up doesn't mean he's click aimbot. It's a good way to suspect if someone's using it, it is not a good way to declare that he is and punishing him.

Second sketchy thing, same fight. The FOV person gets hit from behind, as it knocks him forward towards u_fall. Falcon gets hit once behind because his hitbox passes through U_Falls, causing hitbox bugs for a second or two.

Last sketchy thing. You pass through his hitbox, causing a late hit on you. Then he gets knocked through your hitbox again, causing another weird hit. If you guys weren't crossing hitboxes then yes, that's kill aura. The thing is you ARE, and since collision no longer exists (1.5+), weird things happen when hitboxes are in the same area.

This is a case of you guys looking correctly for the symptoms of cheating (which all these things happen very often with cheaters), but you not looking at the actual circumstances of said symptoms.

I did not look at the counter evidence since it was not needed.

Overall, the videos were VERY suspicious and I can see why our newer mods would ban over them. Shows things such as U_Fall hitting people behind him, hitting people at same time (which would have been seen from a third person view), and headtwitches with very good accuracy. However, a lot of them were hitbox issues (which are related to minecraft), which almost no one looks at. I'll be explaining and showing videos of people. Here's video of what hitboxes look like in CSS -

Same thing CAN apply in minecraft, usually the hitboxes lag BEHIND the model however. In the end of the day, mods are people, people make mistakes, 99% of mistakes get sorted out.

So basically, latency, right?

A combo of latency and crappy vanilla minecraft programming (mostly this one though)
