Hello,

I purchased the beta tester package when it first released, and I've noticed that whenever I stand still after moving around for a while, my cloak stays stiff while in a position like it is moving. It stays this way for a while before resetting to be hanging down like normally when not moving. When I start moving, it also takes a few moments for the cloak to start flapping instead of just hanging.
