This is a UHC hacker that hit me from what it felt like over 6 blocks away! It was already at the 100x100 map size and the guy still wasnt banned. The host was RiseNinja and apparently he didnt want to spec players in the game. sluttycow you might want to make it a min of 2 mods per UHC because that is ridiculous.
