Op nether border

Today I was looting a fortess and I was unaware of my cords and I ran into the border and I was tped like 50 blocks into the air and died. This border is way to over powered and I was wondering if you could do anything.Posted on 28 February 2015 - 01:59 AM

Actually, the same thing recently happened to me as well (might have even been In the same game, I remember someone else complaining about it as well as me) As far as I know, a 1 block tall border will just spawn on top of the nether… So maybe a border of all bedrock as tall as the nether is so there is no gaps in it or unreasonable deaths from it, Thanks ;PPosted on 07 March 2015 - 02:54 PM
I agree with @Dylqn , in the overworld it isnt possible because it would create too much lag to generate over 9k blocks of bedrock during UHC's however in the nether the WB is much smaller so there should be no problem with this. It is quite unfortunate for this to happen to you… Especially when you have full diamond armour and 8 gappels with two golden heads. Not complaining or anything xD
