I personally wish to make multiple keys for the same button. An example of this is 9, I use 9 as a bow slot and need to get to it quickly in PvP. The issue is though is that I also play survival, and I like being able to use 9 for other purposes. NotEnoughKeys allows you to bind multiple keys to one function, such as 9. In theory I could bind 9 to R.

Although I don't really see a use for many other people, it sounds pretty cool though.
