I want to write a plugin for my server that would know if the player is using Badlion Client

This is not possible.

The only way you can know that a player is using Badlion Client is to purcharse the Badlion Anticheat for your server.
Otherwise the anticheat is also not active at all and then it is not really useful for you to know if a player uses Badlion Client at all.
