1.7 pvp in 1.16 would be cool cause u can play with netherite and spam click and block hit i just think this would be sooo cool and my friends would probably also think its cool soo pls for the PVP!it would complete blc for me

Unfortunately, this isn't going to happen. BLC was made to improve the current state of Minecraft without changing the game fundamentally. Even if this would only work in survival and if everyone agreed, it's just too hard to implement and with very little reward.
