authentication problem

I saw one thread but it was from 2018I tried rebooting PC, reinstalling BLC
I think i need to reset BLC settings and profiles but i don't know what is the file name and is it in installation dir or %appdata%

Hi.What kind of authentication problem are you having? Is it stuck at "Authenticating…" in the launcher? If so, check this help article: https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/articles/360014472659-Stuck-Authenticating
You can also try to change your DNS to Google's or Cloudflare's DNS.
