Toggle Sprint doesn't work

Toggle Sprint simply doesn't work; when I press the key bind to toggle sprint it doesn't work. I think it may have something to do with me switching to 3.0.Here's a picture of my toggle sprint settings in case you need it.

I also tried enabling and disabling it, restarting my game and changing the key bind and none of that worked.
