When i hit players , they disapear for like few miliseconds randomly ; when players hit me , my gui keeps disapearing nearly every hit for like a milisecond and it is annoying.
Im not sure what causes it. i tried turning fps boost and low graphics mod off, it didnt work. i tried turing all optifine performance improvements off, it didnt work.Also, gui bug happens when i break something and interract with any entity too.

UPDATE: I found the reason , "item fast render" causes it .
