Skyblock Texture packs are broken with BLC3

Loads of textures have the same icon which doesn't happen if i turn BLC3 off.
Those are all different pets but they have the sheep icon.

I have the same problem, and also on skyblock, tried a bunch of options with modifying the resource packs themselves, replacing them, and that just did not try, nothing helps, apparently the problem is in the launcher itself.
