So on Badlion, optifine capes don't show up on my screen. Other people can see them and I can't. I don't have this issue on lunar client, so it is definitely an issue to do with Badlion and not Optifine. And before anyone tells me to turn it on in details or skin customisation, I already have both those settings turned on.

I got it fixed by optifine support, for those wondering, here's how:
- Open Notepad with Administrator (Search "Notepad" in your Windows Search Bar, right click on it and press Run as Administrator. Accept the prompt that comes up.
- Press File -> Open
- In the bottom right corner of the file window, change Text Documents (.txt) to All Files (.*)
- Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
- Double click on hosts
- Delete the entire line that contains s.optifine.net
- Press Control + S to save.
- Close Notepad and restart your computer.
