The streamer by the name of iBenjaHD has been banned on the badlion servers permanently and I have taken time to write this appeal for him to unbanned.

To my knowledge, Benja was banned for posting screamer links in the Badlion TS server. First of all; Jamie and GuessWot were both with him at the time of him doing so they did nothing until they had their fun. In addition to this, that is a TS server. He got banned from both the TS and the Badlion server. In any other server, let us take McGamer as an example. This server has mods paroling TS and if people are disobeying rules, they get a warning. If they continue to do so, they get tempbanned for a few days. Nothing happens to these people on the actual server and I, as many other people do, see that as a good resolution for these people.

In a conjoint second point, Benja is [was] a permanent donor+ on the server which totals to 50.00 USD, to many, a large sum of money as an in game purchase and also came on Badlion regularly and streamed on here too, generally bringing people on to play and, in my case, making me want to buy donor to play UHC's with him.

In turn, I and him would love him to be unbanned. Just in clarification, he does not know of this and has not done anything/commissioned me to do this for him.

It his his responsibility to appeal.

Not yours.

Screamers can send people to the hospital.
