In this image you can see how a normal enchanted item should look like

However when I change servers for example go to my island from the hub in hypixel skyblock, this appears.

I have figured that this is a bug with optifine since before launching the client if I mark off optifine this doesn't happen.
Please help.
I have also figured out that I can make this temporarily go away by just clicking on the super secret settings in the settings or just by clicking F4.

Hello! I think that is considered a feature. Because a lot of people want all the item tile to shine.
I don't know how to "fix" this tho.
