Is Change Skyblock Addons Health and Mana Bar Texture allowed on badlion clients?i more like Health and Mana Bar from Packs HQ resource pack. and also how to change it?

The Packs HQ packs are designed to modify the forge version of SBA. Go suggest Badlion compatability to them if u want it
