I'm playing on 1.16.4 and I can't turn on dynamic lighting as there isn't the same optifine options. Also, my tools and armor look unenchanted from third person but in my inventory they have the glint.

No options for Optifine (Lagometer, Show FPS, Dynamic Lighting, Better Grass)Dynamic lighting should be under brightness.
Also every time I run 1.16.4, it says that it is downloading optifine. This does not happen with 1.8.9
