i was watching this twitch streamers vod and i saw his fire animation wasnt moving and i like that so is there like a mod where the fire animation is not moving its just staying still. if u find one please reply. hope everyone is having a great happy saturday

This is not a Badlion mod, this is actually just a optifine feature:
Hit ESC -> Settings -> Video Settings -> Then ANIMATIONS then make sure Fire Animation and Flame Animation is disabled!
