New hat.

Hello, this is spfd. I think it would be a good idea to add a Russian ushanka winter hat, in the hat section on the bad lion store. a positive for this would be we can look good with our Russian hat while it's snowing. a negative would be some people might not like it but come on bad lion add the Russian hat.
