Hey if someone knows how to fix this, please let me know!

Hey, so ive been playing hardcore on 1.16.5, and i have noticed some visual bugs.
1. Block harvesting particles are still light even though im inside a cave. They are not dark (idk hard to explain)
2. Random areas sometimes get random spots of black, and i have to place or break a block in it for the light to go back to normal.

Dont know if theese are bugs with minecraft or balion, but if you know, please let me know :)
