Why Badlion Cilent just stop upgrading?

Yesterday I opened BLC and clicked Launch, then it started upgrading and just stop immediately when it was about 90 percent. I opened Task Mgr and there's no BLC's network downloading speed or System's. I have tried to restart my BLC and pc for several times, and reinstall BLC but didn't work. And today I did the same thing and didn't work either. One thing different is that this time it stopped at 75 percent. Could anyone help me solve this problem plz? Not 100% sure, a lot of things could cause problems.I would just re-download the latest version from client.badlion.net
