Anyway to get to the game files or something and find the picture/gif for your cloak and change it? Just for a nice cloak for everyone else to see, but a custom cloak client side.

You aren't able to change the actual picture/gif on your cloak, but you can tweak small settings found in the cosmetic menu.

First, go to your .minecraft folder, which can be accessed by typing "%appdata% in your windows search bar.
Click on these folders: .minecraft>assets>blclient>objects>blc>cosmetics. Open the cosmetics.json file, when it asks what program to open it with, use notepad.

This document will give you the cosmetic ID, which will be needed later. Leave this file open

Next, go back to the objects folder, click on assets>minecraft>blc>textures>cosmetics>cloak

Once you are here, you will see a ton of folders with numbers. Go into the cosmetics.json file we opened earlier, and find the section named "CAPE", and look for the name of your cloak. Once you have found the name of your clock, look for a line above it where it says "cosmeticId":#. Where I have placed the hashtag, there will be a number in the document, remember this number. Go back to the folder with all of the numbered folders inside it. Find the folder with the corresponding number/id and open it. Now edit all the files inside that folder.
