Add a custom player tablist mod like you have with scoreboard, and add options to set the tablist size to small, medium, large, auto and custom.
Each option will be like GUI Scale but only for the tablist: small tablist = Tablist in GUI Scale small, medium tablist = Tablist in GUI Scale medium, large tablist = Tablist in GUI Scale large, auto tablist = Tablist in GUI Scale auto and custom = A tablist that you can change by resizing the tablist in GUI Layout editor.

Also, make this compatible with "Compact Tablist" in "Skyblock Addons", so I don't need to set my GUI Scale to large or less to make that not taking the whole screen.
