I've been trying to set up this resource pack in 1.16.4: https://johnpaulinso.weebly.com/more-elytras.html

When I open Minecraft in its regular launcher, OptiFine, and the resource pack both work. But neither work on Badlion for any versions in both BLC2 and BLC3. I've tried restarting, downloading different types of Optifine, etc. and nothing works.
