How do i make a texture pack for the badlion version.

I wanted to make a thexture pack today and i was wondering how to make one for balion becausee i can find any tutorials.:)

Hello,When you make a pack make it for a certain version, like 1.8.9 (Which is the most popular version).

It's the same as in normal minecraft, the ttp will work on any client.
