So i downloaded badlion client and enchanted things look non-enchanted. Tried enchantment glint, didn't work. Switched to vanilla pack, didn't work. I am playing on 1.8.9 what do i do?

hello,

Make sure you have “Optifine” and “blc3” enabled in the launcher.
If you have them enabled and still get the problem then try Disabling / Enabling Fast Render in minecraft settings.
Fast Render can be found in Minecraft settings > Video Settings > Performance.
