enchanting glint

my enchanting glint doesnt work propperly when i have it onversion 1.8.9

Hello,Do these followings,
• Reset the EnchantGlint Mod
• Make sure you have Fast Render enabled
Minecraft Settings > Video Settings > Performance.

It's a known issue in 1.16 but I believe it's a graphics problem, try changing it to 'fast' or 'fancy.'Press 'ESC' > Mc Options > Video Settings > Graphics: Fast or Fancy

Try what chcr mentioned. ^^If it doesn’t work
Try disabling “Fps boost”
Press RSHIFT > Graphics > BetterFrames.
