Basically when your teammate dies it displays his killer's hearts after ie D was killed by C with 3hearts. When your teammate kills someone, it doesn't display it. So, in some circumstances, especially in a no-mic partnership, you don't know whether your teammate is low. It displays it to the remaining enemy member but not to your own team member.

X and Y are teamed, A and B are teamed. B kills Y with 1 heart, X can see this and target him in order to get rid of him, A *may* not know the hp of his teammate.

Just a small detail I'd like to see.
