Killing and not giving elo (do have messages on)

So i killed RxRaiZn in a 2nd fight on OCN, and it didn't give me elo, and subtracted the rest of my matches i got from voting (not sure how many left).Proof is this screeny. Notice how it says I have no more ranked matches, but I still have one displayed in my ranked matches total.
