Image assets not loading

I don't know why my image assets for blc not working? Could you please help me if you know how to fix this.This is on BLC3 and I don't know why because BLC2 works just fine.

Hey,There may be a software that has interfered during the installation. Disable any potential software and restart the client.
If that doesn't work, try disabling badlion font.
