Hello Ruzfy,You've been told to wait a week because our Developers check all bans manually, so if it's been more than a week your ban is most likely valid.

Well, you haven't been unbanned within the first week so the ban is correct and will not be lifted, you will have to wait it out.Posted on 11 July 2021 - 12:59 PM
