Help For My Insider

Hello to you,I took, some time ago, 1 month it seems to me, an Insider subscription and today I wanted to cancel it, but when I wanted to cancel my subscription, a message appears saying to me that it is Unable to cancel my subscription. So I would like to know how I can do to cancel my Insider subscription.

Hey,I believe it's a one time purchase, it's not actually a subscription. After a month, it should be cancelled.

Insider is a subscription so you'll be charged each month until you cancel the subscription.
