why am I still banned

Helloi was banned over 6 months ago and rightly so but the first bac only works 6 months but i'm still banned and wanted to ask why. This is not supposed to be an application for exemption! I know that this is not possible but I just want to know why I am still banned

Hey,Are you sure it has been over 6 months for your BAC ban? It seems your username doesn't appear on the ban list. If this is your first time being BAC banned, it should last 6 months, if it's not the first time, it'll be longer.

If you aren't unbanned then it's still ongoing, you'll have to wait a little longer.
