Hey,Make sure you've gone to the main menu > Cosmetics > Selected the colour wheel on the dragon wings. That will pop up with colour changing options.

Apparently it's a known issue with cosmetics and at the moment I don't know of a temporary fix. Unfortunately, you're going to have to wait till it gets fixed.
